Mike Lee - Co-Owner and Adjuster
Mike has over 30 years of experience as a multi-line adjuster. His experience includes adjustment of large commercial property and casualty losses, all types of losses for political subdivisions, losses involving professional liability, garage keepers' liability, pollution exposures, and automobile liability, as well as cargo and homeowners claims. Mike has extensive experience in alternate dispute resolutions and excels in the negotiation of multi-claimant / plaintiff actions. In addition to day-to-day adjustment activities, he is responsible for implementing and managing the company's paperless documentation applications.
James Miller - Co-Owner and Adjuster
James has over 40 years of experience as a multi-line adjuster. He is a past president of the Oklahoma Claims Association. He has an extensive background in property and casualty, including catastrophe management, litigation supervision, product liability investigations, automobile, trucking, and property adjustments. In recent years, James has specialized in legal defense investigations.
Linda Lynch - Adjuster
Linda began her career with Western Claims as a clerical staff member in 2003. She obtained her property / casualty license in 2009. She is licensed in Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas. Prior to joining Western Claims, Linda worked for a remodeling contractor and has a unique knowledge of the construction industry. Linda's attention to detail stems from her extensive background in customer service.
Rob Boyer - Adjuster
Rob has over 23 years of multi-line claims experience. He has a significant background handling automobile, property, dealers' open lot, and garage keepers' legal liability claims. He is also experienced in premises liability and food service claims.
Ron Oldham - Material Damage Department Manager
Ron has many years of experience in servicing and repairing of auto, marine, recreational vehicles, and heavy equipment. Ron has an extensive background in commercial and forensic photography. These combined talents help Ron provide uniquely precise reports on material damage, cause and origin investigation, and mechanical failure analysis.
Jeff Hanes - Adjuster
Jeff has many years of experience in the application and assessment of commercial and residential roof systems. Jeff has an extensive background in estimating property losses and identifying storm damage in many environments, including Hurricane Katrina. Jeff's working knowledge and attention to detail ensure spot-on service and unmatched customer relations.
